The Program
A Place to Grow and Learn
Through a provider partnership, Susanna Wesley House is able to provide access to quality programs and supportive services for the residents.
Upon entering the Program, each mother completes an Individual Service Plan (ISP) and it is reviewed every three months. Services and activities include:

Case management services

- Referrals to community based program such as GED classes, job training, employment readiness workshops, schools, mental health counseling, substance abuse counseling,
- On- site workshops on topics including budgeting and financial planning, nutrition and health issues, arts and crafts
- Birthday and holiday celebrations
- Transportation to appointments for families
- Field trips
- Summer camp for children
- Mandatory monthly house meetings and unit inspections
- Drug screening
- In-house resource center
